New PIPA forms will commence on 1 September 2025 and can be found on the Queensland Government Publication Portal.
The Department of Justice has also provided comparisons of the old and new forms to assist QLS members. A table comparing relevant sections of the Personal Injuries Proceedings Regulation 2014 and Notice of Claim form questions with the Personal Injuries Proceedings Regulation 2025 and the updated Notice of Claim form questions has also been provided.
