To be eligible for inclusion in the QLS Find a Solicitor search you must be a full member of the Queensland Law Society and hold an unrestricted practising certificate.

<ul> <li>You have an unrestricted practising certificate (principal or employee)</li> <li> You have not been found guilty of professional misconduct or unsatisfactory professional conduct by a disciplinary body within the last 10 years</li> <li>You are not currently the subject of disciplinary action by the Legal Services Commission, or in any other jurisdiction</li> <li>You have not had your practising certificate cancelled or suspended under the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld.) or a corresponding law as defined in that Act within the last 10 years</li> </ul>
