What is on sale?

For the duration of the sale (Friday 22 – 2 December), all On-demand and Self-paced Education programs within the QLS Shop are on sale for 20% off – use code CYBER24.

This year, for Black Friday ONLY, we are also offering 25% off Symposium 2024 products – Use code: SYMPBF. This offer is not in conjunction with any other offer.

Are there any exclusions?

The Court ID card, Documents products (Will Precedents Guide – Volume 4 and Back to Basics: The essential Proctor collection Version 3) and advertising products (i.e. Proctor Missing Wills, Proctor Job Listing and Proctor Job of the Week) are not included in the sale.

How do I access the sale?

Go to the QLS Shop and login using your MyQLS login details. Add your courses to your cart. You will need to complete billing information and proceed to payment.  The payment gateway is where you can enter your sale code (CYBER24 or SYMPBF).


My logins aren’t working!

To access the shops member’s prices, use your MyQLS login details, this would be the same login you use to access member only content on the QLS website.

Can I add multiple items to my cart and get the discount?

Absolutely! You can add as many eligible sale items to your cart and the sale code will apply.

Please note, two codes will not work at once. You will need to select the discount you wish to apply to your order or do two checkouts, one for each code.

Will the CPD point from my purchases in the Cyber Weekend sale apply immediately?

In order to claim the CPD points in the current CPD year, practitioners will need to have completed viewing the recording or the self-paced course by 31 March 2025. If completed after 31 March 2025 the points will apply in the 2025 CPD year. It is the practitioner’s responsibility to ensure that CPD records are accurate and reflect their completion dates. For further information on CPD points, refer to the CPD rules and policies.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the course or bought the wrong one?

Our standard events and on-demand content policy applies. You can view the policy here to read more about refunds. Any request to cancel an on-demand content order is to be submitted in writing to events@qls.com.au for approval and processing as soon as practicable.

How do I access my on-demand content after purchasing?

On-demand content can be accessed via a link that is included in the order confirmation email which is sent to the registered email address upon completion of an order. 

Self-paced learning is accessed through QLS Canvas. You will receive a course registration link via email within 2 business days of purchase. If you do not receive the email within 2 business days, please contact the QLS Education team at qlslpd@qls.com.au or 07 3842 5947.     

I already receive a discount, can I have both my discount and the Cyber Weekend discount?

The Black Friday and Cyber Weekend sale discounts are not in conjunction with any other offer.

I’d like to purchase on-demand content for my organisation. How do I do that?

On-demand and Self-paced Education content orders cannot be placed under an organisation account. An individual’s details must be provided at the time of ordering. Only one person will be able to claim the CPD points attached to the course.

I noticed there are some free resources in the shop. Can I include these in my order?

Absolutely. We encourage you to review all of the On-demand and Self-paced Education resources and whatever seems interesting to you, add to your cart.
