Practitioners working in Queensland are required to complete a minimum of 10 CPD points each year to maintain their Practicing Certificate, stay up to date with legislative changes and the evolution of the 'business of law'. They are also required to maintain a record of their CPD activities.
To make this easier, we are thrilled to announce an update to the CPD Portal in myQLS, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your compliance and professional development goals.
In the Activity Log, track details of your completed CPD activities including:
• Date and format
• Units achieved and their categories
• A description and any relevant attachments
You can also develop your Learning Plan & Needs for the CPD year. Use this tool to plan your CPD Units in advance and identify 'Learning Needs' related to your professional growth, ensuring you cover the mandatory core areas and any areas of interest.
