QLS delivers the Practice Management Course in two streams to address the focus of practitioners from varying legal practice sizes. The presenters and the content of the two streams differ in certain relevant respects. Practitioners are therefore strongly encouraged to enrol in the practice focus stream which is most suitable to their current, and intended, legal practice needs.

Eligibility
The PMC is open to all solicitors admitted in Australia. You do not need to be currently working as a solicitor or hold a practising certificate to enrol in the course. Non-legal practice directors of Incorporated Legal Practices are not eligible to enrol in a PMC as they are not eligible to hold a Principal Practising Certificate. The legal practitioner must be a director of an Incorporated Legal Practice to hold a Principal Practising Certificate.
Enrolment confirmation
You are considered to be enrolled upon receipt of the course registration fee. Enrolment will be confirmed via email and course materials will be issued three weeks prior to the start of the course. This will be sent to your preferred email address according to QLS records.
