Access to Justice

The Queensland Law Society and its members actively advocate to make justice more accessible for all people. This includes publication of QLS's Access to Justice Scorecard Survey and Reports. QLS also maintains its long-standing campaign to increase funding of the legal assistance sector.

Write to your elected or re-elected federal members of parliament

As another step on the path to access to justice for all, QLS is supporting a national campaign by the Law Council of Australia, to encourage barristers and solicitors across Australia to write to their newly elected or re-elected federal members of parliament.

We encourage practitioners to tell their own story in their letter to their MP, explaining why this matters so much to the profession and the community.
