Put a spring in your step, because it’s finally spring after the mammoth month that was August! It’s a good time to freshen up not only our homes but also our minds. This month features R U OK? Day on 8 September, and our annual Minds Count Lecture.

If you’re feeling a bit of self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or just generally in need of some motivation, pop this 20 minute TED Talk on. Entrepreneur and self-described “subject matter expert in human behaviour” Peter Sage has some sage advice (pun intended) about personal development. One particular quote that stands out is “People will never rise above their opinion of themselves.”


She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Disney+)

One for the Marvel fans! She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is a new show on Disney+ about Jennifer Walters (played by Tatiana Maslany), a 30-something attorney who specialises in superhuman-oriented cases. She also happens to sometimes turn into She-Hulk, after becoming infected with her cousin Bruce Banner’s blood (played by Mark Ruffalo, of course). Jameela Jamil stars as the villain, with Tim Roth, Benedict Wong and Charlie Cox rounding out the cast.
